Jennifer has over 24 years of accounting and finance experience.  She has worked in a variety of industries (big 4, construction, medical cannabis, international consultancies, healthcare, domestic and international law firms and manufacturing).  

Matt has over 25 years of experience in P&L management, budget planning, cost accounting and lean manufacturing operations.  Matt is also a certified project manager (Cornell University)

Mr. Littles is the consummate professional.  He oversees the day in and day out at JW Financial Services.  He is all business all the time.
